Microsoft has revised how Windows and Office applications look and feel to make them user-friendly. But many of the forms in D365 has not changed since their original design ~20 years ago. It would be a great idea to revise how the forms are designed - e.g. their layout, locations of the fields, buttons, grids and labels, as some of them are not very user friendly and confuse users who are not advanced enough. The system should not be designed for IT/ERP geeks, but for normal users and even dummies.
