Please add the ability to send emails to email address 2 and 3 on a contact record. When system settings are set to only allow emails to be sent to resolved email recipients it makes it impossible to send an email to a contact where you have to use their email address 2. We are trying to avoid the need to add duplicate contacts in our system while also trying to ensure all emails sent are tagged to a contact in the system.

This would be great and very helpful for onboarding and offboarding employees with Work and Personal Email Addresses.
