Wish there is future potential option to include budget enabling ledger main account allocation by employees/users or potentially by department head count.

Not featuring option to easily allocate budgeting by employees, users or headcount (e.g. travel expenses), user might potentially not efficiently plan, schedule or budget employee annual travels, per diem, transportation or other.
