Implement a Content Delivery Network (CDN) feature for Azure storage in D365. We are facing the problem that the attachments stored in the DocuRef table are not loading performantly in Malaysia when the D365 server is located in Europe. A CDN for an Azure Storage can easily be setup in the Azure Portal, but due to the missing access to the D365 Azure Storage such a setup is currently not possible.
