Do one of the following:

1. Default the FactBox to not display until you click on the FactBox icon; or
2. Create a setting that allows the user to control the default setting for the FactBox

I have spoken with many users who say the first thing they do when they open a page in BC is close the FactBox. I do the same. I find that the FactBox takes up valuable screen real estate, and I don't need the information it provides most of the time.
