Whilst the new attachment control is a nice new feature that we can use on the case form, the problem in a real-world scenario is that as an email thread goes back and forth with a customer - there HTML signature (which includes images) gets added to the attachments grid. As time goes by with that customer you suddenly have 100s of attachments that doesn't mean anything for this control as now we struggle to find 'real' attachments.

Would love to see this control have the ability to filter on types of attachments - i.e. mimetypes, or even if it was doing a distinct of the attachments so we don't see the same over and over again.
