Microsoft dynamics Talent provides the feature of sending and receiving emails via workflows. We have created a workflow for approval/denial of leave requests along with email notification. In the workflow, an employee will create a leave request and then the workflow will get triggered. An email will be sent out to the line manager. We need to include the HR email address as well. I request you all to kindly vote for this idea so as to include this feature in the future releases. Please see the screen shots for workflow setup below:

Thank you for your suggestion. The functionality described is available today in Dynamics 365 for Talent. The Leave workflow can be routed to the employees manager. A second notification can then be set up to notify other individuals including HR. Please add a new Idea with additional details if the above description does not meet your requirements.
