The work exceptions are evaluated regularly by the warehouse manager. For analyzing, the data should be as complete as possible.

When the mobile device worker selects a work exception (type Receiving) upon receipt of a load line (or purchase order, transfer receipt), some existing fields in the table WHSWorkExceptionLog are not populated:

Item number

Config, Color, Size, Style

Site, Warehouse

Batch, serial number

Load Id.

The purchase order number and line number are filled, so it should not be difficult to populate the before mentioned fields.
