We feel that Management Reporter/Financial Reporting needs lot of enhancements to make it effective and productive tools in terms of Presentations -
1. Chart Presentations need to be included with Financial Reporting, Many Customers are requesting for the same.
2. Drill down to Transaction level details functionality should be available for NP (Non-printing) columns as well.
3. Consolidated reports transactions level details should also be able to export to excel.
4. Account details along with dimensions in separate columns should be available in report exported to excel for consolidated reports too.
5. ‘Insert Auto Text’ Option to select header from available options should be available for CALC columns as well.

I agree, this functionality has opportunity for alot of improvements. Why can't this connect to the budget and show all accounts with department dimensions. How does everyone else grab the net change in the period for this data in order to create real time operational reports for actuals to budget variance? We built a report in BI but it is not real time. Shouldn't there be a real time standard report in BC to do this?

'IF' column in Column Definition can not be used in any calculation column, system throws error, it seems it is conflicting with functionality of 'IF and Then'.

Further, We also feel that when the report design is huge then it takes lot of time in generating the same or it throws time out errors.
