When creating technical support requests for Business Central (BC) via Power Platform Admin Center, end-users need to confirm whether or not Microsoft Support can access the customer data for their investigation. However, it seems that this feature is now available for CE / Power Platform solutions not BC. Occasionally, the tech issues depend on the customer environments, and MS Support engineers experience the difficulty to investigate the issue that it is not reproducible in MS environments. With that, we request to activate this feature on BC for MS engineers to access the customer environment to accelerate their investigation.
