Currently Dynamics 365 doesn’t support viewing or decrypting encrypted or protected emails and this is limiting the usage of the unified routing features as we need to integrate some mailboxes into CRM to capture and track internal mails. However, these emails come into CRM as protected/encrypted emails and cannot be decrypted/viewed. We request that Dynamics 365 be upgraded to allow decryption to be able to view protected internal emails directly in Dynamics 365.
