(e.g. production personnel, project task teams, or other).

Not featuring an option to easily propose valuations based on payroll task performances, and quarter evaluations, user may potentially evaluate and propose new job positions, or functions on conventional evaluation rather then from (automatic evaluation proposal, conventional or hybrid proposal).
