The following are the repro steps:

1. Login in CRM as User(System Administrator)
2. Create a custom entity-�Language�
? Setting > Customization > Customization the System > Created a new entity-�Language� . Select display area as Sales.
3. Add the sub grid-�Language� on the Entity-User form.
o Setting > Customization > Customization the System > Expand Entities > User
o Form > Navigate to Information form of User entity.
o We Inserted > sub grid- �Language� on the Information Form. save and publish customization
4. Navigate to Language entity under sales and create couple of records.
5. Go to user records make sure new Language Sub grid is visible and records are present.
6. Delete all the languages record from the Language sub grid.
7. But when we navigate back to the Sales->Language and see its view, it will still shows the deleted language record in the view for some time, until we refresh the grid or browser.
8. As soon as we refresh the page or sub grid the deleted language records disappears.

Expected behavior is that, once we delete the records from language sub grid and navigate back to Sales->Language the deleted record should not show up in the entity grid.
