Based on Michael Pontoppidan's Post on "Hotfixes without calling Microsoft?" we need to get Feature management DMF ( and potentially Odata) enabled. WE need the ability to enable and disable features ( if the feature allow disablement) with DMF.

As control and alignment is important ( especially for regulated industry)is critical. ensuring that all environments are configured equal is important. Data entity can do the job, please make data entities for Feature management, to support enablement and disablement of features ( and potentially Hotfixes)
