The useful life of an asset has a significant impact on the depreciation of the Fixed Asset.  If the useful life of a Fixed Asset is reduced then the amount of depreciation will increase and vice versa.  At present the useful life of a Fixed Asset is a field which can be readily updated.  This feature request is to have two things:

- Workflow to approve a change in the useful life.  This workflow could be used to approve other changes to the Fixed Asset master such changes switching depreciation on and off via "Calculate deprecation"

- Track the history of these changes so that there is a record of them.
