In the current workflow functionality, we only able to export the workflow to a .xml file or save it as an image. It will be difficult when the user wants to have all the details for the workflow like activation criteria, conditions groups, users, roles assigned to each action item in a friendly user interface.
The suggestion is to have a functionality to export workflow to Visio format or PDF with all details.
