Most of the email activities contains a warning says--"The email below might contain scripts or content that is potentially harmful and has been blocked".
Customer need a workaround by which they will be able to disable the notification for the organization as the users get confused why they are getting this notification for emails and they considered this as an issue in CRM or with an email content.

I used a Word document to create the message and pasted the same in a CRM email, it still gives the same error message. What's more it interferes with the workflow steps too.

Any update on this? As my customers find this warning very annoying.

Everyone uses HTML email these days, so even if we mail a contact in plain text, we willlikely get some rich formatting or html back in response. An global settings option to disable this warning, so we can quickly view the email trail would be very useful: "The email below might contain script or content that is potentially harmful and has been blocked." Fingers crossed :-/

All new customers and demos think I am doing something wrong. Being able to disable this would be perfect. It also takes up to much space, when all you want to do is see the email in the timeline!

I’ve spoken to Microsoft regarding this, and they’ve mentioned it is just a warning message that is displayed on the email and doesn’t block normal CRM behaviour. Unfortunately, there is no way to turn off this warning.

Very helpful response from MS...
