As a functional consultant, we are struggling to create a new role with specific menus/buttons/fields and related rights.

And every time we are depending on the technical team for the requirements. And the available standard roles are not adequate to the current requirements of my company as we have done more than 80 customized roles and using the same.

Also, our auditors required the user-wise menu/button/field list and access list to verify and complete the internal audit where we are unable to generate the report in AX as of now and there is no provision available for that.

Whatever details currently available do not have the actual menu/button/field name instead of it's having backend field names.

As a functional consultant, I'm expecting the new process to create the role by ourselves using the drag and drop option of the selected menu/button/field along with the required access (View/Create/Edit/Delete). Also, the report can be downloaded for the same.
