Before installing any solutions or updates in the Dynamics CRM power platform environment, send email notifications to the Administrators of the tenant informing them about installation and providing the date and time details when these installations will be done. Also provide approximate amount of time it would take MS to install the solutions/updates in the CRM environments to prevent frequent disruption of service.
