The "prod orders to release" that indicates material shortages with yellow triangle is unusable and needs to be drastically changed:
-remove any prefilter on having a production unit on your resource group. This is optional functionality. THe system works fine without production units and it makes no sense to make it suddenly mandatory here
-remove any prefilter of job scheduling. It should not matter what type of scheduling we use.
-remove the hard coded filter that prod orders need scheduled start date today in order to appear in this screen.
