SystemCreatedBy in the Extension Deployment Status (2508, List)

the SystemCreatedBy is not stamped on the records in  Extension Deployment Status (2508, List), table NAV App Tenant Operation (2000000200). Can this be populated or another field added that will display the Username of the person that started the deployment ?
