The Add New (+) button is missing for Activities subgrid when viewed from a lead, Account form in the Safari, Firefox and Chrome browsers on the ipad. The button appears if viewed from the browser on a laptop.

I am also encountering this issue with a custom entity and a Connection. on iPad the + button is missing for Connections on the custom entity, but on all desktop class browsers and devices it appears. On the same form other subgrids for other entities have their + showing.
