We have Copilot summaries on Vendors, Customers, and Items. When I created a new vendor in F&O, The Copilot summary immediately started generating a summary for a vendor that doesn't even have a name or a vendor ID number.

Not a big deal, but you could save compute if you coded a new vendor creation to not kick off Copilot summaries, because there's nothing to summarize :)

Repro Steps:

1) Go to AP | Vendors | All Vendors

2) Click "New"

Expected Result:

The "Summary by Copilot" fast tab is either disabled or has blank results.

Actual Result:

Before even entering in the vendor data, Copilot is providing summaries for a vendor record that doesn't exist yet.
