When we connect to a Client Environment/Tenant the User is added to Business Central Users as USER_435FJEDFBN3353JB53


You therefore do not know which User has accessed or completed some setup etc. While you can adjust the Username to be Fred Bloggs, the Full Name is still displayed as USER_XYZ on the Headlines


The Headlines should be amended to show Username or allow the modification to the Full Name.


This used to pull in the username@companydomain but this has changed, can it be fixed!

Thank you for this submission. Not displaying the full username for delegated users is by design to protect the identity of this user from the customer. The string after 'user_' represents the Entra user ID of the delegated user in their home/partner tenant (without hyphens), so the user identity can be confirmed by the partner if needed.

How about when a Helpdesk Agent doesn't want to leave his/her full name and/or contact information like e-mail, behind in the system of the customer?
