Pre-Booking Option on E-commerce

We need to have Certain Product with Pre-booking Option , where-the customer can pay advance amount to reserve the Item via E-commerce

This should be available for both in and out of stock items, to cater for a pre-order scenario when an item may or may not be currently stocked but in each case is not yet available for shipping
