Description: When performing a short pick on the mobile device, if automatic item reallocation is enabled, the user may enter a loop of short picking. This will occur only if the user short picks all locations that the system suggests. The device will suggest the same locations repeatedly until the user exists the picking flow.

Scenario: Item ABC is in locations 123 and 456. The user short picks location 123, the mobile device then suggests location 456 to pick from. The user short picks location 456. The device will suggest location 123 (again). If the user short picks location 123 (again), then the device will suggest location 456 (again).

Proposal: The mobile device should not suggest locations that have already been short picked within the same work header. This would prevent this short pick loop from occurring.
