In Talent we can import worked hours thanks to "Leave and absence hours worked" data entity and then base accruals in "Leave and absence plans" on these figures. Issue is nobody can see in Talent the worked hours per employee and check if accrual is working fine. Employee, manager and HR should have a form to see (and maybe update?) worked hours.
