The setting “Set whether the users see CRM for Outlook message” (Settings > System Settings > Outlook tab) should be configured on each user. Currently, changes for this setting only apply to organization, not an individual-level. It’s better for the user experience to have a user-level setting, in addition to an organization-level setting, so that the message will be displayed only for an appropriate user.
