We are not happy that dynamic email accounts are not support yet sending from CRM.
We tried to create an OOTB workaround but this is not working because dynamic email accounts are not supported.
With Voice of the Customer we used different senders. Users only needed to allow to send in their name and this worked perfectly. Now we are not able to send in Sales Reps name and this is confusing for client if there is an generic email address as sender.
