Due to internal updates in Exchange Online that may change the Autodiscover response format, the existing (older) Email Server Profile may fail to interpret the updated response and eventually cause server-side synchronization to stop.

Requested improvements:

・ Automatically populate or update the fallback settings in the Email Server Profile

・ Show a deprecation alert when an outdated Email Server Profile is being used

・ Provide compatibility warnings when Exchange-side Autodiscover specifications change

・ Display an administrative banner or notification in the admin center when such updates occur
