As In Dataverse Advanced find, Relationships with the same referenced and referencing entity (i.e. contact-to-contact, account-to-account, ...) appear in this dropdown twice. Once in the "Many to one" and once in the "One to many" section. This allows the user to explicitly specify whether to traverse such relationship in the "Many to one" direction (hierarchical traversal) or the "One to many" direction (JOIN explosion). The CI-J segment designer offers no such ability currently. The CI-J segment designer offers relationships with the same referenced and referencing entities only in the "Many to one" direction.  The CI-J segment designer does not support traversal of same-entity relationships (i.e. account-to-account) in the "One to many" direction (JOIN explosion) which needs to be supported.
