By default behavior, the Index will be automatically deleted 24 hours after deleting the Displayed Columns of Quick Find View.
The reason why the user wants to register their ideas on Microsoft IDEAS was that they do not like the feature that there is a limitation of the Max Length in the field by creating Index.
Presently, the length becomes limited just only by setting to View Column of Quick Find View.
Hence, you need to create an unnecessary Index each time to perform Quick Find with Find Columns so far.
We hope that if the Index can be freely deleted by settings with Find Columns instead of Displayed Columns since it is the Search Index of the database.
It definitely makes the design and functionality more flexible.
