When transferring or promoting an employee, HR utilise the Change position action and within the Compensation section of this form, the employees' current compensation, including where the employee has multiple compensation plans (example; salary and car allowance) is identified. However the system only provides the option to complete 1 new compensation plan entry. HR then have to go into the workers' compensation section to assign the remaining plans.
