On Incoming Documents it is not possible to import multiple documents. This is very important for the customers who for example receive hundreds of invoices daily. Importing them one by one is not an option.

There are a few ways this feature could be added that would be really beneficial.

1. Standard Drag-and-Drop functionality for uploading, select multiple files, drag onto BC Incoming Documents List page and all files get uploaded like on OneDrive.

2. Have a Shared OneDrive folder specified in a setup page for incoming documents. Any file copied to that folder automatically gets parsed into BC Incoming Documents. This would make it easy to setup automation processes.

3. Create multiple documents from a .zip file after load.

In cases like these, the fact that MS defines BC as a product for SMBs while offering some functionalities that only large multinationals with offices in several countries may need calls my attention...

Our case is also a group of companies that manages around 1,000 invoices a day, so thinking about processes to work 1 by 1 is a rare thing.
