Attachment Control aggregates and displays attachments added through notes and emails; however, it does not support drag‑and‑drop interactions for adding attachments.

This creates an inconsistent user experience, as users reasonably expect the Attachment Control to support the same drag‑and‑drop behavior already available in the note editor. For customer service teams handling a high volume of attachments, this limitation introduces additional friction and delays, as users must download files locally and re‑upload them using the Attach button.

Enhancing the Attachment Control to support drag‑and‑drop for note attachments, or to fully align its behavior with the note editor, would significantly improve efficiency, usability, and consistency across attachment‑related experiences in Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
