We use annual performance ratings that have compensation impact. Because ratings are subjective and standards vary from Leader to Leader, we hold a series of group discussions with leaders to "Calibrate" the performance rating standards across the company. We would like to see a calibration tool that facilitates these discussions. It should include the following base functionality: 1. Allows employees to be grouped into calibration "sessions", managed by an HR Advisor 2. Shows a graphical representation of the distribution of performance ratings 3. Ability by HR to move an employee to another ratings bucket during or following discussions Thanks.
