Would like the ability to define a default time that would be applied when a date is selected on a date/time control. A time other then the current 8:00 AM that appears. Would prefer a time of 0:00 or null that would force the user to enter an appropriate valid time.

Thank you for reaching out to us. This is a core platform functionality and it can be extended to achieve the designer behavior (changing default time) through customizations with client scripting. However, we are tracking this idea and if we get more feedback and votes, we may consider it in the future.
