Please allow Bookable resource prevalidation plugin to work with company concept and support dual-write

Adding company code to table bookable resource category would not be enough to get dual-write integration with Field service from F&0

we have to raise ticket TrackingID#2404090030004717 to disable this plugin to allow the integration happen.
