Hi,
I wish to raise an idea to improve the navigation experience for the end users in Customer Service Workspace (Copilot Workspace). When navigate between sessions today you need to click exactly in the center of the button in order to navigate to the tab. Clicking above or below the button text does not activate the tabs. This behavior makes the enduser think that the session tabs sometimes are unresponsive. The hover-over function triggers when hovering anywhere on the tab but the link only works when clicking exactly on the text.
Please make the full tab into a link, and not only the text.
