As a partner we mostly use the connections and connection roles as a solution for customer requirements. On a form (e.g. Accounts) we have a separate grid per Connection Group. It is an intensive work to create a new connection from the form (e.g. Account form, grid "Interests" based on Connections) due to missing a quick create for Connections.
