By default, register a new role account on Portal, users are suggested to check their email address, but the users are able to use Portal without checking the email address.
If there is a mistake in their email address, the administrator cannot contact the user.

Currently, the phone number is required field for registration, so we can avoid the risk of being unable to contact users, but it is not secure.
Some users think the email address should be required field for registration.
