Currently, recurring journals lines with foreign currency assigned are not updated if new rates are not created at the moment the lines are posted. So, when posted, new lines are created based on the valid rate for the moment.

So it would be helpful to have a 'refresh rate' button to refresh rates. So lines will be updated based on the rates assigned for the date they have assigned.
