We have had multiple customers ask if techs could capture a single signature that could then be applied to a collection of work orders. This is helpful in scenarios where a tech performs work on several distinct work orders during a visit, such as maintenance on several pieces of equipment that must be managed using distinct work orders (versus single work order with multiple assets). Another scenario is work performed over the course of, for example, a week-long visit to a site involving multiple work orders. In both cases, the customer would like to see a summary of services performed and sign just once.

In general, the concept of a work order collection could be useful for these scenarios. The work orders could be designated by the back office as part of scope definition, and/or by the tech in the field (if enabled). For customer signature, a report or specific UI might be used to present a summary listing of the work orders in the collection, with sum totals and quantities shown so the customer is aware of what they are approving with their signature.
