The Mobile devise OOB has two separate screens for Adjustment Out and Adjustment In. The issue with my client's business processes was identified with the mobile device adjustment process when the multiline mis-pick, mis-ship corrections or other similar adjustment processes to be executed.

The Adjustment In and Out are available in D365 desktop version: Inventory management -> Journal entries -> Item counting -> Counting. The Mobile App creates the same journal in D365, but In and Out are not available for the same menu item.

This gap can lead to the fact that the client simply cannot physically process such a number of operations per day (8000 adjustments) that they are processing now and also can lead to a huge number of errors.
