Wish there is an option to easily calculate promotion proposal for new job position and function based on payroll tasks performance, evaluations or other with and without payroll expectations.
Not featuring a job position and/or function employee proposal by department with payroll increase/decrease expectations, user may potentially process conventionally, rather then having system propose calculate (hybrid, automatic or conventional).
