Standard functionality does not allow collection letters to post to the customer's account if the customer is blocked Collection letters should be allowed to post, as it is exactly this group of customers (those who do not pay and are therefore blocked) who need be able to receive collection letters. This was submitted originally as Premier bug 119071221000955 and it was agreed by the Program manager that there is a bad current design with respect to posting collection letters.
