Currently, the ‘+’ (Quick Create) button on the Dynamics 365 Sales mobile app home screen allows users to create entities such as Account, Contact, Appointment, Case, Note, and Task. However, Lead is not available as an option.

We request the ability to include Lead (via Quick Create or Main form) in the ‘+’ button options on the Sales mobile app home screen, using supported out-of-the-box configuration.

Business need:

Sales users frequently capture leads while on the move (customer visits, events, calls). Not having Lead available in the ‘+’ button requires additional navigation, which reduces efficiency and adoption.

Expected benefit:

• Faster lead capture directly from the home screen
• Improved mobile user productivity
• Better alignment with real-world sales workflows
• Increased adoption of the Sales mobile app

This enhancement would significantly improve the usability of the Sales mobile app for field sales users.
