It would be helpful to have the action option to request for information to the main responsible of certain ERP data items (e.g. vendor contact, customer credit limit, team member, fixed asset, trade agreement, sales agreement, procurement agreement, ledger transaction). without having to grant temporary or full access to certain users.

Not having the option to request for internal information, the user may alternative be potentially temporarily granted access to some data.

Having the option to briefly provide information on certain items (e.g. contact person, ledger account, budget, product, production order, credit limits, record creation, hold date, etc), the system administration may not have to create multiple access granting and restrictions to multiple or certain users.

The request for information maybe future helpful for customer service or sales representatives when providing product information to potential prospects or customers on products, product safety data sheets, and other related product information.
