Picking List for Raw Materials should default Financial Dimension assigned in the Item Card not the FG Item default Dimension.

By not using the Financial Dimensions from the item when issuing/consuming the item, your inventory reporting is inaccurate. You can't DR (receipt) the item's financial dimensions when you receive it and use the FG's dimension on the CR (Issuance) entry when issuing to a BOM. Effectively, by doing this, you cannot use financial dimensions at all on inventory accounts. I think this needs to be very clear that you will not have accurate inventory reporting at a dimension level. It is too bad because you can't use the item group as a financial dimension.
