Right now our Business requirement for Sales is that they have to track the email or appointment to the LEAD record, if the person isn't an opportunity yet. So when a user goes to push an email or appointment into Dynamics, they have to click on that outlook webapp, and then search for the Lead's name and then set regarding. We see that if the person exists already in Dynamics, their Contact information pops up on bottom of Outlook webapp form, and they can set regarding there, but there is no short cut to set regarding to Lead. We opened a ticket and they said that is not possible today. Can you add this capability?
